This privacy notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it secure. It also explains your rights and our legal obligation. We established clear lines on what personal data we hold and what we do with it. 

Whenever you use a health or care service, such as using chiropractor, gym, beauty or hospital, important information about you is collected to help ensure you get the best possible care and treatment. We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep your information strictly secure. Our Client information will be transferred outside of the UK, as the treatment can only be delivered in Hungary, therefore we are implementing article 32 on encryption of GDPR 2018, encryption and we fully comply with all the applicable UK Data Protection Act (DPA2018). Encryption is a mathematical function that encodes data in such a way that only authorised users can access it.  We upload a step by step instruction on our website, it is easy to follow by our clients to safely encrypt and password-protect images and documents from our clients and we will transfer to the clinic in the same way before sending them as email attachments. It is vital that our client send the password separately, either via a different messaging service or text message.

1, Your personal data – what is it?Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data. Identification can be by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information in the data controller’s possession or likely to come into such possession. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 governs the processing of personal data. 

2. Who are we?The Volcanic Vascular Health agent is the only data controller (contact details above). This means it decides how your personal data is processed and for what purposes.

Our website do not uses cookies. We confirm that any Personal and Sensitive Information which you provide to us directly or through any of the 3rd parties mentioned is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Information Commissioners Office. We use your information only for the following purposes: • Processing your request for an initial triage, consultation, acceptance or decline of the treatment delivery by the Hungarian clinic Registration:10-09-025421 • You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone or e-mail and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003   • In the event that you do not wish to be contacted please ensure that you do contact us via email as soon as possible.  • We may need to share your personal and medical information with the following 3rd parties: your GP and local hospital in-case you will need to be admitted for any medical reason.We process your Personal Information in the legitimate interest of you and us. What this means is that the processing we have detailed allows us to provide the service that you have requested.   • We process your medical information in the legitimate interest of you and us, in order to supply you with the treatment and information.   • We will not share your Personal or Medical Information with any company.  • You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and/or Medical Information, we are entitled to do so.  

4.Sharing your personal data  Your personal data is treated as strictly confidential. We only share your data with you, your GP and treatment provider. We will not share your details with transport company, only your surname.    

5.How long do we keep your personal data?  -We keep data in accordance with the guidance set out in the Data Protection Act and under the requirements of General Data Protection. -When we no longer require your personal information, or you ask for it to be done, it will be erased from our systems. -If you are not eligible for the treatment or you decide that you do not wish to become a client of The Volcanic Vascular Health agent, we will securely destroy any personal or medical information we have about you on the day of the discussion and inform you via an email or text message when it is done.   -If you do become a client of ours we will securely store any personal or medical information we hold about you as long as is required to fulfil our legal and professional obligations. Your information is never collected for direct marketing purposes, and is not sold on to any other third parties.
