We upload a step by step instruction on our website, it is easy to follow by our clients to safely encrypt and password-protect images and documents from our clients and we will transfer to the clinic in the same way before sending them as email attachments. It is vital that our client send the password separately, either via a different messaging service or text message.

4.Sharing your personal data Your personal data is treated as strictly confidential. We only share your data with you, your GP and treatment provider. We will not share your details with transport company, only your surname.
5.How long do we keep your personal data? -We keep data in accordance with the guidance set out in the Data Protection Act and under the requirements of General Data Protection. -When we no longer require your personal information, or you ask for it to be done, it will be erased from our systems. -If you are not eligible for the treatment or you decide that you do not wish to become a client of The Volcanic Vascular Health agent, we will securely destroy any personal or medical information we have about you on the day of the discussion and inform you via an email or text message when it is done. -If you do become a client of ours we will securely store any personal or medical information we hold about you as long as is required to fulfil our legal and professional obligations.
